Yesterday, Christina told me to come out and see what the kids were up to. As I peeked out from my study cave and looked out the front door, I see Tyler and Kira working away, cleaning the sidewalk and walls of our apartment. How ironic I thought to myself. Just seconds before I was doing research on street-working children within the Latin American Context. I guess my kids picked up on the idea. And ya, I did pay them a just wage….

  1. I think I’m behind with my gals (ha)! I told Abby about 3 weeks ago that when I got back from Pasadena, we’ll be looking at her collaboration with the family chores. Other than cold hard cash, any tips on imbuing them with a “desire” to work?? Good on ya mate.
