This past week we had Steve (can’t post last name due to security reasons) and his Dad (also Steve) visit for some R&R (couldn’t help but be hospitable and hit the surf with them) and for several meetings with ESEPA students and our small Christian community we are forming here in San José. Steve and his wife work in India. I Can’t go into details about their work for security reasons, other to say they have a really cool ministry among Muslims. I was able to visit with them several years ago and minister among children at risk with them as we traveled around. It was very encouraging to see Steve share his heart with ESEPA students. We have several students at ESEPA very interested in working in India, so we are praying that this encouraged them towards taking concrete steps. On Friday night we enjoyed an Indian meal prepared by Christina and others and talked about life and work in India. It was a great evening. Osias and Desiree Segura April also delivered a blessing over our home. I’ll probably post a separate blog on that as it was quite special.
Yum! That looks good!
Good to see you were a good host and took him surfing!
Yea, you know, it’s a tough life, but somebody has to do it!! Let me know when you want to come down and I’ll take you surfing as well. Got it!
