One of my passions is ensuring that children and youth are protected. But I am just as concerned that their protection does not undermine their voice in Christian projects and in society. That’s why this course exists. This course focuses on children and youth in a variety of international development contexts who are living in at-risk circumstances. Global crises are contributing to additional kids living in challenging circumstances. Whether you run a community development center, foster children or volunteer in a Sunday School classroom, learning to protect kids, while acknowledging their role in our world is critical and essential for any ministry or community-based project today.
